Here at AIM Fitness, we offer a variety of services to cater to YOU and your health goals. We offer something for every health level, whether you’re just starting out or you’re a more advanced exerciser.

We are experienced to work with clients with heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, hip/knee replacements, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and much more.

AIM FITNESS ONLINE -monthly Video fitness program

A program tailored for YOU and your fitness level.

Join Meg and sign up today for AIM Fitness Online – a monthly fitness program that will help you gain strength and mobility. You will be set to improve your health and motivated to reach your health goals. We offer monthly, 3-month, 6-month and yearly memberships.

WEEKLY ZOOM FITNESS CLASS -Thursday at 9AM (EST)

Join a group fitness class…online!

Join in for a fun Full Body weekly fitness class, with exercises designed to build strength, mobility, and balance.  Both beginner and advanced options will be given. The class is instructed by Meg Stickl, Older Adults’ Fitness Expert.

What you need: Weights or cans, wear comfortable clothes and running shoes.
