Here at AIM Fitness, we offer a variety of services to cater to YOU and your health goals. We offer something for every health level, whether you’re just starting out or you’re a more advanced exerciser.

We are experienced to work with individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, hip/knee replacements, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and much more.

AIM FITNESS ONLINE -monthly Video fitness program

A program tailored for YOU and your fitness level.

Join Meg and start exercising regularly by joining our monthly membership program, AIM Fitness Online – a motivating program that will help you improve your strength and mobility. You will be set to improve your health and get motivated to reach your health goals. We offer monthly, 3-month, 6-month and yearly memberships.

WEEKLY ZOOM FITNESS CLASSES

Join a group fitness class…online!

Join in for a fun weekly fitness class that you can do right at home, with exercises designed to build strength, mobility, and balance.  Both beginner and advanced options will be given. 

We offer weekly Cardio, Strength and Balance, and Chair Yoga classes on Zoom.

What you need: A chair, dumbbell weights, comfortable clothes and running shoes.
