Join the 12-week Weight Loss Program with Meg, from AIM Fitness. 
What if you never needed another weight loss program or diet again? In this program, you will learn how to make healthy changes in order to have a healthier lifestyle which will lead to a healthy weight.
 
When:
The program runs from Wednesday, January 5th-March 23d. Our group Zoom calls will be held every second Wednesday at 1PM (EST), starting January 5th.
 
What’s Included:
Work at your own pace through the modules and weekly training.
The program includes bi-weekly group Zoom calls to discuss the topics, share wins, and for coaching support.
Also included: Worksheets, video lessons, and the AIM Fitness Online Membership (included for new members- Value of $150).
