Have you ever read a health and fitness article and wondered if it was actually true or not? There is a lot of information out there, and also many fitness facts… some that are true, but others that are false!

These are the 5 myths I’ll be covering:

Myth #1: If I’m not working up a sweat, I’m not working hard enough.


Myth #2: If the number on the scale isn’t going down, I’m not losing weight.


Myth #3: I worked out today, so I can eat the extra piece of cake.


Myth #4: If I don’t have enough time to exercise, then I might as well not even start.


Myth #5: If I’m over the age of 50, then it’s too late to seriously improve my health.
