We offer both in-person* or online personal training. We have 6 and 12 month packages to give you the direction and support you need to reach your fitness goals.

AIM Head Trainer, Michelle will go over your needs, concerns, health goals and all other details. She will also recommend one of our trainers to work with you on a weekly basis.
Determine the Weekly Session Schedule
Your trainer will set a consistent weekly meeting time. After the sessions, your trainer will leave you with workouts to do during the week, so you can see quick results!
*Please note, in-person personal training is only available in the Ottawa area.
