Book a 1 hour Health Consultation with Michelle
Once you choose your package and sign up, AIM Fitness Head Trainer, Michelle will go over your needs, concerns, health goals and all other details. She will recommend one of our fabulous trainers to work with you on a weekly basis.

Determine the Weekly Session Schedule
During your first session, your trainer will do the AIM Fitness Assessment with you, so that we can track where you are now, and set goals to help you improve your health Your trainer will put together a document with images and a description of your workout so you can exercise during the week to see faster results!
