Merry Christmas from A.I.M. Fitness!!

Dec 24, 2015

Wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year!
May this Holiday season be filled with joy, family and friends.
A.I.M. Fit Tip for making this holiday season successful: Maintain your exercise program throughout the holidays to clear your head, maintain your strength and to stay in shape over the holidays! Join us for the A.I.M. Fitness Holiday challenge: Each morning during the holidays, spend 5 minutes doing 10-15 squats and 10-15 wall push ups (or on the floor if you are comfortable!). Not only will you feel more alert and ready to face the day, but when we exercise we release endorphins, a natural high! Challenge yourself to do this every morning for the next week and a half. When this becomes easier, then challenge yourself with more repetitions and do both exercises twice through. Take time for YOU over the holidays! Relax with a good book or enjoy a Christmas special on TV. Don’t get down on yourself if you have an over-indulgent day. Resume your regular eating habits and exercise the next day. You can do it!Looking for a class to join in the new year?
Exercise classes resume after January the 4th.
Come to Pine Grove Bible Church starting Monday, January 4th at 1:00-2:00pm for a full body workout! Located off Montreal Road, 2144 East Acres Rd. RSVP to reserve your place in the class. Enjoy your Christmas holidays! All the best for 2016! In Fitness and Health,Meg A.I.M. Fitness Meg@ActivitiesInMotion.ca
