Stay Active and Motivated This Winter with AIM Fitness!

We understand how it’s hard to stay motivated and consistent in your workouts at home. That’s why we’ve put together fun fitness classes to help keep you moving and feeling your best all winter long!

Our classes are designed for Adults 50+. All are welcome! We give options so that you can feel comfortable, especially if you have a medical condition or are looking for a more gentle class.

Join a weekly Zoom class to stay active, build strength and improve your mobility.

Classes run from January-March for 12 weeks. COST: $144 + tax=$162.72 CAD.

Full Body Chair Exercise Class with Zarina. Tuesday-12:45PM-1:45PM (EST) Gain strength, flexibility, and improve your stamina with this weekly fitness class! Put your health as a priority and come join us!

The session runs January 5-March 23.

Full Body Strength and Balance Class with Meg. Thursdays -1:00PM-2:00PM (EST). Gain strength, improve your balance and your cardio with this weekly fitness class! Exercise at home and feel great this winter!

The session runs January 7-March 25.
